Keepmoat has developed a new approach to partnerships born from over 25 years of experience ranging from wholescale regeneration of large estates to funding and developing thousands of new homes.
We have a deep understanding of our partners’ local economic and social goals, placing shared vision and values at the heart of what we do and setting these priorities above contractual terms and costs.
Our job is to help our partners to deliver their ambitions and we do this by combining our broad national capabilities with strong local knowledge to offer tailor-made solutions.
Our vast experience of working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations has helped us to find more effective and efficient ways of working together.
We work alongside and within Local Authorities, Housing Associations and communities in authentic partnerships where costs are transparently understood and financial gains are shared.
Engagement with the local community happens very early in the improvement plans, work opportunities for local people and supply opportunities for local businesses are generated and the designs for buildings and public spaces are creative - transforming the area.
The use of this partnership model resulted in the creation of the Sheffield Housing Company, a £295 million joint venture between Sheffield City Council, Great Places Housing Group and Keepmoat, and will deliver 2,300 new homes across the city over a ten year period.
