Keepmoat’s origins go back to 1931 when Bramall & Ogden was founded

Milnerbuild founded

Bramall & Ogden’s first job was installing ‘privy middens’ (outside toilets) for Wath Urban District Council, an unglamorous but indispensable role

Apollo Property Services founded as a roofing specialist in London and South East Regions

Frank Haslam Milan & Company Ltd was bought and Keepmoat Plc was formed as the holding company

Keepmoat celebrate winning two long awaited schemes

Leeds PFI – A £198 million landmark scheme. This will see 1,245 properties refurbished, 388 new homes created and environmental improvements around parts of Leeds

Pendleton PFI – Will see more than 1600 new energy efficient homes, refurbish more than 1,250 council owned properties. This will generate 500 jobs, create 24 new small and medium business enterprises, provide skills training for 3,200 local people and 2,000 work experience opportunities

  • Won two Gold awards at Considerate Constructors awards
  • ROSPA Health & Safety award winner for House Building and Property Development (North)
  • Won Built in Quality award for Pannel Croft Retirement Village in the Community Category

100th home completed in Newtown at the Horizon project

Achieved the £1bn turnover mark in the 12 months to September 2014
